Survival is the name of what is happening around the house today to prep for the baby. As Ahna and Ezra fight of the downhill (hopefully) side of their sickness, I am on the uphill side of mine. It’s tough when you combine feeling like crap with lots of anticipation and wonder.
As you can guess by the title of the post, yesterday’s hope for a perfect storm didn’t realize. The literal snow storm moved south and left us with only a slight dusting; and the doctor’s visit netted a ‘keep doing what your doing’ diagnosis. Now we begin to wonder if we’ll be home for Christmas…
Yes, after the threat of snow didn’t materialize yesterday, we woke up to the radio announcing closures all over the place, including I-25. It’s not so bad, but the roads are not so great off here in the sides. I am glad you aren’t caught waiting in a perfect storm. Still praying for you!
